Charlotte is Senior Research Manager at the Workforce Disclosure Initiative (WDI) at ShareAction. Her work focuses on developing the framework for meaningful and effective workforce data collection for investors and ensuring the broader corporate reporting landscape adequately addresses workforce and human rights issues. She has previously led numerous research and consulting projects on global responsible business practices at Stonewall, with a focus on diversity and inclusion in multinational corporations. She also has significant experience working on sustainability and human rights issues in the Global South, particularly with grassroots civil society organisations in Thailand, where she supported community engagement in and research on the Thai Government’s National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights.
